Bought a Mac Mini when they first came out. The stepchild of mine created and forgotten an access password. Now the computer will not accept any attempt to install software for much needed devices ie..printers, cameras ect.... Ive tried to reformat the operating system to start from scratch, but, it will not accept the reformat without the forgotten password. I'm counting on the Apple fanatics out there to please help me.
