I am getting the same problem, its just starting to get anoying, its mainly when i got more than one tab open. I will suggest a complete delete and reinstall of IE7,folders and all, failing that get onto microsoft tech . support and ask them.

Gee, could be anything. Spyware..bad install, low memory,

Go to control panel and Internet Options, and the browse history and delete everything.

Run a few spyware scans,
