Why can't i chat in chatrooms in Mozilla Firefox?? i can use it on IE but not on firefox?

example Crunchyroll chat..it works only on IE but for others it works on Mozilla Firefox too

The good thing about firefox is you can get alot of add-ons for it. One of which is an Internet Explorer extension. This means you can open web pages in IE format. The link is https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox...

Once you get the extension go to Tools--IE Tab Options, then add in the URL of the link you want to open up as internet explorer, and it will do it every time. If you just want to change it when you want at the bottom right of the screen will be a little firfox symbol if you click that it will change to IE

check your firewall settings.
u must update mozilla firefox. go to help%26gt;check for updates.if it doesn't help,reinstall it
some chartrooms dont have code which are compatible with firefox. this is very common with many other sites, that are only compatible with ie. there is nothing wrong with your pc or anything. its just a compatibility issue
Is it in University of Phoenix because for some reason I don't know the server won't let you I had the same problem
